Programs and Rates

Programs are a focused, multi-day, combination of individual treatments. Treatments are the application of a single technique. Our programs are described on this page. For details about our individual treatments, simply select the Treatments and Rates link.

The fundamental program is called Pancha Karma, which is a therapeutic process to eliminate congestion and toxins from the body. This is accomplished by stimulating various layers of tissue/organs within the body, i.e., skin, lymphatic, blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow, reproductive tissues, and individual internal organs. Each program is structured for the individual.

Programs include:

• General body cleanse - recovery, enhancement or prevention
• Cancer aftercare - post chemotherapy, radiation or other medication regime
• Intestinal disorders - parasites, IBS, chronic constipation
• Liver and kidney disorders - digestion, blood, exhaustion, UTI
• Spiritual programs - yoga, meditation, inner self care.

Pancha Karma Program Rates

For the greatest convenience, clients may receive treatment on an outpatient or residential basis. Pancha Karma treatment typically requires seven consecutive days of treatment. Occasionally, it is necessary for individuals to choose longer, or shorter, treatment programs. Let us help you design a program to meet your needs.

Outpatient clients are responsible for providing their own accommodations, food (following their cleanse nutrition profile) and transportation.

Residential clients are invited to stay in our ocean view guest suite which includes three meals daily that are specially designed to assist your cleansing process. The guest suite includes a private entrance, private bath, meditation room and fully equipped treatment room.

• OUTPATIENT: $130 to $225 plus tax, treatments only.
• RESIDENTIAL: 7 days - $2400 plus tax, includes guest housing, 3 meals daily and all treatments.
• RESIDENTIAL COUPLES: 7 days - $4155 plus tax, includes king or twin beds in our guest suite, 3 meals daily and all treatments for each client.

Food Program Choices for Residential Program Participants:

Every client is an individual and, as a result, each treatment is tailored to meet the goals for that person. Following this concept, dietary restrictions and guidelines are followed to fully compliment the needs and goals for each client on an "as needed" basis. In general, meals will be drawn from the following program groupings with adjustment, as required.

• Basic Cleanse: Fruit salads and smoothies, steamed vegetables and raw salads and grains.
• Intensive Cleanse: Semi-fasting, liquid program fruit smoothies, blended soups, vegetable juices
• Optimum Health: Based on Hippocrates and Optimum Health Institute guidelines, meals are made from all raw, live foods using enzymes to assist in the cleansing and rejuvenation of the body. Vegetable juices, fruits and smoothies, vegetable salads, wheat grass juice, sprouted seeds, and nut and seed paté.
• Create Your Own: For those who have food sensitivities and preferences, or are on special diets, we will create your food program using your choice of fruits, vegetables and grains.

2-4 Week Programs

Longer programs are available for those who wish to go through more intensive cleansing and regeneration processes. The prices will vary depending on the intensity of treatments each week and the food programs chosen for each week.
